What Khaonix does
Khaonix validates payroll documents at the field level, comparing payslips across pay runs and systems to surface discrepancies. It produces clear SAME, DIFF, and MISSING results, without requiring access to backend payroll tables or HR systems.

How it handles sensitive data
Khaonix is trained exclusively on synthetic payslip data: documents generated to represent real-world variation without containing real employee information. This means no client documents are ever used for training, addressing a procurement concern that most AI vendors leave unanswered.
