Khaonix builds bounded document AI: models manufactured from a specification, trained without ever seeing your documents, that read exactly the fields you define and nothing beyond. Its first product, PayrollCompare AI, is live for Switzerland in early access.
What PayrollCompare AI does
PayrollCompare AI compares payroll documents at the field level, across pay runs and across systems, and surfaces every discrepancy as a clear SAME, DIFF, or MISSING result. It works from the documents themselves, without requiring access to backend payroll tables or HR systems.
How Khaonix handles sensitive data
Khaonix models are trained exclusively on synthetic data: documents manufactured to represent real-world variation without containing real information. No client documents are ever used for training, and nothing you send is stored. For documents that carry personal and financial detail, this is the question procurement asks first — and here it has a structural answer, not a policy one.
